Is it possible to copy an order from one account to another?

Yes, when you select the copy option you're presented with the same account but can choose a different account.

I have copied an order from one account to another. The account I copied to has 2 addresses and I selected 1. However the order I copied is now double the value as it has copied to both delivery addresses. Can I get round this?

Unfortunately there is currently an issue when copying orders in Sales Presenter under specific circumstances. When copying a single-delivery address order to a different customer account, if the address number on the original order does not exist on the new account that you have selected, the order will be created for both the delivery addresses (the one from the original order as well as the new one you have selected).
This will be fixed in the next version of Sales Presenter (current version is 1.5.0).
