I have got over the problem of uploading the product file
great and thanks
But when i have downloaded to my iPad from the cloud it has erased everything and just given me one catalogue
Why has it all changed what has happened ?
I have family codes dowloaded which they are not moving into and the images are not linking up (no images on my iPad)
What have i done ?

Looking at your cloud account I can see that some of your fields have not been mapped, including family codes and photo reference.
You will need to ensure that your Field Mappings are still mapped correctly after adding/removing columns from a file.

I have checked each category is there
But not sure what to put in field mappings under Family codes. They don't tel what to put just leave it zero it says
Is this the photo ref section too?

Ok updated files for product mapping
they all match now but still not working do i need to switch this on in some way
Idid do this before but they were all erased for some reason
it is back now but still nit getting download to my iPad of images and catalogues

After making changes to Field Mappings, you will need to perform a Process Files before changes will be reflected in Sales Presenter.
