Re: Product data

You need to ensure your field mappings are set up in your cloud account. Currently you do not have any of your columns mapped from your uploaded Products file to the fields that you are attempting to display against your products in Sales Presenter. For information on how to do this, please see step 6 of the Getting Started With Your Data guide in the Downloads of the website - https://www.bacapps.co.uk/downloads.php

Re: Product data

Apologies, the note you mentioned in the Getting Started With Your Data guide is misleading. If following the steps in that document it IS necessary to also perform that step. We will rectify the document shortly.

Re: Product data

As explained in Step 6 of the Getting Started With your Data guide, you need to map the relevant fields to the correct columns in your file in the Field Mappings section.

In your Configuration > Product Details section I can see you have configured UserField01 and UserField02 as the Product Code and Description respectively. If you wish to see this information in Sales Presenter, then you will need to map the UserField01 and UserField02 as well as the Product Code and Description fields in your Field Mappings to the Product Code and Description columns from your file.
