Hi
I can't upload my product files
Its just saying unknown file all the time no matter what i do
what am i doing wrong
what should i look for

You will need to check the existing file mappings in your cloud account as this is how the system knows which CSV file you are uploading. If uploading files for the first time, the Getting Started With Your Data guide in the Downloads section will walk you through the steps you need to perform in order to get your data onto both the cloud and iPads.

I have done this but it is not helping. I done all that the data help thing has told me to do
There must be one little reason why its saying not up losing files ?
It worked before why is it not working now
I have waited a day for this answer and it is just general answer there must be someone who knows the reason
do ihave to wait another day

Looking at the File Mappings screen in your cloud account, we can see that the expected filename for the Products file type is set to "Products.csv".
When uploading files to the cloud, an error message is displayed if the upload fails. The error message will contain the name of the file you are attempting to upload. Can you confirm whether the name of the file shown in the error message matches the filename configured in your File Mappings screen (in your case "Products.csv")?
