Support for the Blue Alligator applications

Unfortunately, we introduced a bug into version 1.0.8 which can cause the app to exit to the home screen when attempting to email an order acknowledgement.
We have submitted version 1.0.9 to Apple, which fixes this, but there may be a delay before the new version appears in the App Store due to the Christmas shutdown from 22-29 December at Apple.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

There Is The Option To Upload Orders From Agents To The Cloud Account. What Is The Process To Download These Orders - Should They Be Sent In Via That Method Or Should They Be Emailed Directly From The Customer Order?
Offline
The user will usually email order acknowledgements directly to the customer from within Sales Presenter, with a copy of the email being sent to the users office for manual entry into a back-office system.
When the "Upload order to cloud" option is used, a copy of the order is placed in the cloud account and the order can no longer be amended on the iPad (although you can still make a copy of the order to use as the start point for a new order). The user in the office can use the list of orders in the cloud account as a double-check against the orders they've received via email to ensure that they have received all the emails.
There are additional services and tools that Blue Alligator can provide to assist with the automatic retrieval of orders from the cloud into your back-office system. The saves a re-keying exercise in the office, which in turn improves order accuracy. We can also help you to automate regular uploads of your data and images to your cloud account as well. The method and/or costs will vary depending on the back-office system used and level of integration needed so our sales dept. is happy to discuss any requirements you may have.
