Hi,
Is there a way to remove the 'deliver to:' section on the order acknowledgement? I only want the invoice address to be displayed in the pdf.
Thanks!

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to remove the "Deliver To" section from Sales Presenter order acknowledgements.

Is it correct that it copies the invoice to address or is it possible to actually have a different delivery to address? Where would the delivery to address be filled in to make it work? I can only fill in one address now showing up in both invoice and delivery to..

At present, it is only possible to create a new customer in Sales Presenter with a single address. However, you can specify multiple addresses in the customer CSV file as it contains one record per account code/address number combination.
You can determine which address number specified in the customer CSV file is the primary address for all customers using the option below found within the General section of your cloud configuration:
By default, address number 0 for a customer account is regarded as the primary address. All accounts should have a primary address. Change this value to match any primary address number being extracted from your back-office system (if applicable). After changing this value you need to force a full download of data within Sales Presenter.
Using a second option found within the Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud configuration, you can force the order acknowledgement to use the primary address for a customer in the 'Invoice To' section, while the 'Deliver To' section will be the address selected for the order:
By default, the first delivery address for an order is displayed as the invoice address on an order acknowledgement. Tick this box if you wish to force the order acknowledgement to use the primary address for a customer as the invoice address.
