Support for the Blue Alligator applications

Hi
I have to add another category to the familycodes.csv file but when I go to save it I don't know how to save the information to the cloud.
I can save to a file location on my desktop but when I log into my cloud account again it is not showing.
Please can you advise how to do this.

It is not possible to directly amend uploaded files on your cloud account. Instead, you should have a master copy of all of your files and upload them whenever necessary using the Upload Files option.
You can use the Download function in Manage Data Files to retrieve the files if you are working from a different location or if you have lost them, but you will need to save the desired file to your PC before making the changes and uploading the file again.

I have recently noticed that the performance of the program has slowed down considerably and the categories are taking long to load. The program sometimes crashes and we have to log in again. We have not added any new apps to the iPad and am making sure that all other apps are closed.
Can you check our data to ensure that there is no data causing this slowdown?

Looking at your data we cannot see any reasons to cause the slowdown.
Unfortunately when using older devices, with each iteration of iOS being installed it can cause general slowdown issues throughout the device. It seems that this may be the case in this instance.
