Support for the Blue Alligator applications

We recently had to replace an iPad for one of our sales reps. this was the iPad named Heather and I opened a forum post about getting the sales module attached...which you kindly did.
Now though, all orders from this iPad are coming through not using the associated price files...all the other iPads are fine.
Is there something that needs to be configured somewhere so that it will use the files it should be?

We can see that the rep has performed a Force Full Download on their device since your last post. We expect that this would have resolved the issue for the user. Are you able to confirm this?

It has not resolved it.... not sure why only this ipad isn't using any of the price files.
