Cannot Login To Sales Presenter

This is an email we received from one of our agents that uses the Sales Presenter.

My presenter will not allow me to login.
It just takes me to a pop up message telling me to use down load from cloud
I can not do any other function. I have tried a full  download but the programme does not start
It's just not responsive at all
Any ideas

This is because the user has installed a new update of Sales Presenter from the app store onto their device. Each time an update is installed, the user must use the Download from Cloud option to synchronise their device with the cloud account before they can log in and continue normal use of the app. This is what the pop-up message is stating when they're pressing the login button.

When Sales Presenter is downloading information from the cloud, it uses the timestamp of the last successful download to determine which information it needs to retrieve from the cloud (thus allowing it to perform incremental downloads as opposed to having to download all of the data every time).

The Force a Full Download option that this user has pressed simply resets the timestamp of the last download. The user should perform a Download from Cloud via the Download Manager option to actually download the data.
