Whilst trying to up load the new products to the cloud, have been trying to set it up so each product detail page contains a link back to it's original product page.
For instance the first 40 or so products are all featured on page 17 of the pdf catalogue, so ideally I need to be able to refer back to P17 (a file uploaded called "17.PDF")
I have tried all combinations of adding "17", "17.PDF" to the "photoref" and "documentref" fields but to no avail, I either lose the thumbnail of the product in the browser, or when I do see a "PDF" button on the product detail screen it is asking for a PDF with the same name as the product. I thought the feature was now available to use mutliple PDFS?

Unfortunately this has highlighted a slight issue in the current version of Sales Presenter which we have now rectified. The fix will be included in the next version of Sales Presenter that we submit to Apple.
By following the steps below you can work around this issue:
- Change your PhotoRef field in your Products CSV file to contain information in the format of; ProductCode, followed by a semi-colon*, and then the required DocumentRef. Using your first product as an example this would be 2420-002;17
- Upload your new Products CSV file.
- Map the PhotoRef field in the Products file type to your PhotoRef column in your uploaded file.
- Map the DocumentRef field in the Products file type to your PhotoRef column in your uploaded file.
- Perform a Process Files on your cloud account.
- Perform a Download from Cloud on your device.
*You would use a semi-colon in this instance due to this character being the current setting in your cloud account for the following configuration:
The PhotoRef field on the product file can contain the name of more than one image. You can specify here the delimiter that you are using in this field to separate the image names.

Upon further investigation it seems that there is currently no way around this issue. Unfortunately this can only be fixed by the next release of Sales Presenter which is imminent.
In order for Sales Presenter to show the media files correctly after you update to the next release, you'll need to change your mapping for the DocumentRef field in the Products file type back to the 'CATALOGUE PAGE' column as it was before. You'll then also need to remove the mapping for the PhotoRef field in the Products file type.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
