Hello --
We have uploaded and processed the order history and line files in the cloud but when viewed in Sales Presenter, the order values are showing as 0.00.
In addition: when previewing the order, the qtys are zero; and viewing the order doesn't show any items in the product grid view.
I have checked the data and there are positive values for OrderedQty and DeliveredQty and I have set the cloud config to default the QtyEntryUnit to 1.
Please would you advise how I can fix this.

The ordered quantity field in your uploaded file contains decimal values.
There is an option in the Configuration->General section of the cloud account which specifies the rounding rule to be used during the Process Files stage when a decimal value is uploaded for an integer (whole number) field (such as the order quantity). You should run Process Files again after changing this rule.

Order History - Agents claim they can not see all recent orders taken at show. Using the Order history module does this exclude orders tagged as Proformas. If so can this be changed?

I believe your current extract is set up to only pull orders out of your system. We will change the extraction to also include proforma orders.
