images

hi
have uploaded several new products & images past couple of days using my usual (successful) method.
when i go into the product enquiry for new design harrison i am only seeing the 'sales presenter' logo. however, when i tap on the logo to enter the product all the images (4 for each product) arer there. for some reason the 'lead' image isnt showing on the product enquiry.

i have changed the image names a couple of times and re-uploaded to see if it makes any difference but doesnt.
arer 4 images too many for one product??? although i think i have got away with it before.

kind regards

Re: images

When displaying additional images for a product, Sales Presenter will look for images whose filename starts with the product code (or the PhotoRef for a product if you have specified one), followed by a character that is set in a configuration found in the Configuration -> General section of your cloud account. By default the configuration is set to an underscore so images called ABC.jpg, ABC_1.jpg and ABC_2.jpg will all be shown for a product with a ProductCode of ABC (or for a product with ABC in the PhotoRef field in the Products CSV file you uploaded). The images with underscores would be the additional images, so in this example image ABC.jpg would be the main image for the product.

In your instance you have underscores specified in your image filenames already (as well as hyphens) so you would need to specify a different character in the configuration previously mentioned to use a separator.

The following characters are all accepted by the cloud so could be used as additional image separators:

- _ &   . ( ) [ ] + ,

Using your example of the harrison range you have added - I can see that there are four images that begin with the PhotoRef you specified against those products, followed by an underscore (as specified in the configuration in your cloud account). However, there are no images that match the PhotoRef exactly so they won't have a main image.

Re: images

Your image filenames need to match the product codes specified in your Products CSV file. Currently your images seem to be mostly named with the prefix of "SK - " whereas your products are named with a prefix of "SK- " (please note the space character between the "SK" and the hyphen in your image filenames).

If you change your image filenames to match the product codes exactly and upload them, they will then appear against your products in SalesPresenter after you have performed a Download from Cloud.
