Hi, I have uploaded new images and am trying to click process files in order to upload them, however the process files box is solid and I cant click it.
Am unsure as to how to get resolve this issue after looking though forum and help greatly appreciated

The Process Files option processes any changes to data files (such as the Products CSV file) on your cloud account. If there are no data changes to process on your cloud account then the Process Files button will be disabled.
Media files such as images do not need to be processed. Configurations also do not require you to perform a Process Files on your cloud account unless otherwise specified.
