We have a couple of devices that cannot download from the cloud this morning. Message: Unable to synchronise - please ensure you have an internet connection. Both devices have wifi connection. Is there a reason for this?

Unfortunately there was an issue with cloud connectivity this morning, however this was quickly resolved so you will now be able to continue as normal.
