Hope you can help.
I am doing some testing using the Price List Product Matrix but I am struggling with the download times to the iPad.
When I Force Full Download the download takes quite a few hour, which i would expect. however subsequent downloads after a new set of files have been process only takes a few minuets with the exception of the Price List Product Matrix file which each time takes a number of hours to download.
Is this behavior normal, this file is one of the bigger files but its by no mean the largest.
any advice would be gratefully received.

Once you have completed a full download of your data on your device, the Download From Cloud option will only download data and media files that have been added or changed since your last download.
It sounds like each time you upload a new Price List/Product Matrix file, every record has been changed and therefore Sales Presenter has to download the changes for all 20,000+ records in the file.
Looking at your most recent file which was uploaded yesterday, the StartDate field is set to '03/11/2014' for every record. Could it be the case that you have been adjusting the dates in the StartDate column whenever you generate a new Price List/Product Matrix file?
