All of a sudden our Gardeners range is missing FG8109. Ive checked all the files and reuploaded the image but it still wont come up with the range but only when you do a search for FG8109. Please can you help,

This is a timing issue because your product family codes are contained within a separate productfamilycodes.csv file rather than as part of your products.csv file.
The entry for FG8109 was added to productfamilycodes.csv on 20/02/2014. However, this product must have been removed from products.csv at some stage and then re-added as it now has a timestamp of being added to the products.csv file on 16/10/2014.
These two files must be kept in sync. If removing an entry from one, that entry should be removed from the other as part of the same upload to the cloud. When re-adding a product, an entry should be re-added to both files at the same time.
You can either remove this entry from both files, upload and perform a "process files" then re-add the entry to both, re-upload and process the files again to correct this or, alternatively, force a full download on your iPad (but this may take some time depending on the volume of data in your cloud account).

I don't really understand. We have never had this problem before. It is coming up on the ipad if you search for it individually but not as a collection.

The product family codes tie your products to your collections. However, the family codes aren't being uploaded as part of your products.csv file. They're being uploaded in a separate file (productfamilycodes.csv) instead. Therefore these two files need to be kept in sync with each other.

we do they were one there before and they then just disappeared. Is there anything you can do to fix it as I don't understand what I need to do. Thanks

To correct this particular instance you can force a full download on your iPad (but this means your next download may take some time depending on the volume of data in your cloud account).

The product FG3818 will be on the iPads but since it is not defined in your productfamilycodes.csv file, it won't appear in any of your collections.
You'll need to add it to the productfamilycodes.csv file, upload it and process the files on your cloud account to get it to appear in a collection.
