I am getting a message box appearing when I try to do a download from the cloud which says "Information Unable to synchronise - please ensure you have an internet connection"
I have a good connection and all other items are working on the iPad. I was getting this message appearing before I updated the IOS.
Two of our Reps are having the same problem. As far as I Know he has not updated to the new IOS.
We are all using Sales Presenter SP Pro 1.4.2.
