Hi
I hope you can help me, is it possible to have the Qty break on the Discount Code / Product Matrix act as a percentage discount and the qty break on the Price List / Product Matrix act as a value (price) or is it just one setting for both files.

The setting you are referring to (found in the Order Entry section of the cloud configuration) only affects the Price List/Product Matrix file type. The Discount Code/Product Matrix file type always treats the values as discount percentages.
We realise that the wording for the configuration was a bit ambiguous, so we have changed it to the following:
Price list break discount type. Break discount values on price lists can either be a discount percentage or a new standard price (discounts within a discount code/product matrix are always percentages)
