Though I have Wi-Fi connection I get "unable to synchronise...please check your wi-fi connection...." when attempting download.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our website certificate.
To work around the issue in the meantime, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Settings application of the iPad.
- Scroll down and select the SalesPresenter application settings section.
- Switch off the Sync via a secure connection setting.
This will allow you to perform downloads and uploads from Sales Presenter as normal.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused while we address this issue.

This issue has now been resolved so the workaround is no longer required. We recommend that users switch the Sync via a secure connection setting back on.
