Hi, I have a rogue image appearing at the beginning of my catalog.
I have taken all of data out of the products and product matrix files and deleted the offending image on the (image I5780) from the cloud. I then downloaded from the cloud back onto the ipad and whilst the image has disappeared (together with the rest of the catalog), the thumbnail still appears.
As a further check I have downloaded the files back from the cloud and as expected they are empty. Can you help?
Thanks Martin

If you view your Products CSV file in a word processing application such as Notepad, you'll see that there are multiple blank records. If you remove these, then upload the file to your cloud account and perform a Process Files, the blank product will subsequently be removed from Sales Presenter after your next Download from Cloud.

I have opened the the my original product file and a downloaded product file and cant see any blank records (fields yes but not records). Each record has a product code.
I have reloaded all of the files back to the cloud and downloaded to the ipad. Its better (the thumbnail has moved from the start of the catalog) but I now have 2 of the same product but next to each other.
There is a slight difference in the product codes i5780 and I5780. At some point over the last week I changed the lower to upper case.
I cant see what you can, would it be possible for you to e-mail the products csv file you have?
Thanks
Martin

The ProductCode field is case sensitive so the upper and lower case versions of "I5780" have been treated as separate products. In this instance you will need to perform a Reset Database on your device followed by a Download from Cloud. This will then remove the old product ("i5780") that is no longer in your Products CSV file.
