Hi, I think I have set up my product file ok, as the prices show ok in catalogue mode, but when I am adding lines to an order, the prices don't appear, and there in no total order value showing?

Looking at your Products CSV file, I can see that you've uploaded CostPrice and RRP information for your products but you haven't populated the StdPrice column. You'll need to upload this information in order for Sales Presenter to know the price you wish to sell the product for.
CostPrice is the price you paid for the item, the StdPrice is the selling price.

Thank you very much, that seems to have sorted it.
Can I also ask how the margin figure is calculated? we don't buy the products in, we just sell them as an agent, so just need to show the customers cost price, selling price, and the margin that they will make, thanks

The margin figure is a calculation based on your CostPrice and the price you are selling the item.
The margin is intended for use by the rep to see what the current margin percentage/value is for their principal, not for the customer to see their potential margin based on RRP. This is something that we will consider developing in the future though, so we have added it to our development wishlist.
