Hi, I am going round in circles trying to exclude certain products from one group of customers (avoiding giving extra discounts). Is there any additional documentation available other than the pdf and what is the file management section. Thanks Martin.

There isn't any further documentation on the product exclusions file type.
Looking at your cloud account, it seems that you've specified a ProductExclusionCode of "Group" in your Product Exclusions CSV file, but a ProductExclusionCode of "GROUP" in your Customer Accounts CSV file. All codes specified in the cloud are case-sensitive so you must ensure they match exactly.

I've matched the case on both CSV files but still no luck.
What I am trying to achieve (as a trial) is exclude product codes 101 and 102 from the brochure where the product exclusion code in the customer accounts file is 'GROUP'.
I suspect the the set-up of the product exclusions csv file is at fault.
Can you help, thanks Martin

For a product to be excluded during order entry, it must satisfy all fields for an entry within the Product Exclusions CSV file. The entries you have in your file are currently looking for products that match the following:
- GroupCode is "GROUP" and ProductCode is "101"
- GroupCode is "GROUP" and ProductCode is "102"
This isn't currently working as the GroupCode in your Products CSV file for products 101 and 102 is "Group" and therefore they don't match.
Since you are only attempting to set restrictions on individual products at this time, you could simply specify a ProductExclusionCode and a ProductCode for each product in your Product Exclusions CSV file for now.
If you wanted to exclude the entire range of products where the GroupCode is "Group" in your Products CSV file, you would have one record to specify the ProductExclusionCode and the GroupCode of "Group" in your Product Exclusions CSV file.

Works a treat - many thanks for you help.
