Backorders not showing in customer enquiry

We have two registered Ipads - both have the latest download from clouds and both are logged in to the same sales rep and location.

For the same account one shows backorder lines the other does not.

Can you advise ?

It sounds like one of the devices has the Account History module applied, and the other one hasn't. You can see which devices have modules applied by logging into your cloud account and going to the Registered Devices section.

Can you confirm how I go about applying the account history module to the second account.
