Hi,
I've re-worked my family codes and uploaded updated 'Products' and 'FamilyCodes' files. Then I've forced a full download to refresh my data. However, it seems to be a bit sporadic as to which family codes are showing up.
For example:
If I look at the Catalogue 'Design Ideas Home' I should have at least 7 family code options under 'Brand' (button 1). However, only 3 of these appear. DI Cabo, DI Takara and DI Tourist appear. Yet, DI Bagan, DI Plywood, DI Beachstone and DI Mirival do not.
Similarly, if I look at the Catalogue 'Design Ideas GelWonder' there should be 2 family code options that show under 'Brand'. Yet, this time, neither of them appears. Nor do I get any data under the other options (buttons 2 to 5).
Yet, if I look at the 'Kinto Catalogue' I get all the options I would expect under brand and buttons 2 to 5 also.
Please can you have a look and advise?

It seems that you have 577 unique family codes in your products.csv file and only 345 in your familycodes.csv file.
An example would be "DIMIRIVAL". This appears in your products file but does not appear in your family code file.
You need to ensure that all unique family codes are present in your familycodes.csv file if you wish for them to appear in Sales Presenter.
