I'm looking to update our Ipads, I know if I reload the APP on a new Ipad and do a full upload I will lose all the last two + years customer's previous order history. Is there a way of not losing this info?

Yes, you are correct. Our Account History module allows you to upload historical order information to the cloud. If you would like more information on this then I can pass your details onto the sales team.
