Hi,
I have used your sample files, but modded them slightly so we can see our products etc.
I can download, however when I log in and select Product Catalogues, I am presented with a black screen.
I have set the catalogue to display as HelloHome in the 'Initial catalogue to view in Product enquiry....'
What have I missed, or set up wrong?

You need to ensure that the catalogue codes are exactly the same (including same case) in both the Catalogue and Catalogue Product Matrix CSV files.
You can convert fields to upper case or lower case using the Translation column in your field mappings.
