updating product catalogue not syncing

Hello
I have just updated the CatalogueProducts and Products CSV files and have uploaded onto the ipad.  However, the new products and revised prices have not updated.

Have I done something incorrect?

I have a trade show this weekend and really need some help.

Please can you contact me?

Your CatalogueProducts file needs to be uploaded in conjuction with a Catalogues CSV file. For information on how to set up the use of catalogues in your cloud account, please see the following topic: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=93

Regarding your pricing, can you give us an example of a product with the price you'd expect, as well as the price you are seeing? If you are not comfortable posting your product pricing on the forum, you can use the E-mail option in the administrator box to the left of this post to send a private message to us.
