Hi, i am Nadim for 3D Merchandising Limited. I am trying to upload my data file but i cant do it. I have downloaded CSV file from the download section copy it on a usb stick have entered all the data, and now uploading the file but cant do it. can you please help or advice.

hi, i have managed to upload the file, thanks. Now how do i download it to my ipad. I have already uploaded pictures before and now have uploaded the data files.

Please ensure you have followed all the steps in the guide carefully.
Step 8 walks you through connecting your iPad to your cloud account so that you can download your data and images to it. However, this will only work if you've completed the earlier steps as well.
