Hi,
I have a problem that backorder data on the ipads is not consistent with that in my latest data file.
I have done a full download to one ipad but it is still not correct.
One account for an example is A00835 If you need more specific data please email me.
Thanks

It seems that your device is no longer in sync with your cloud account. To rectify this you will need to perform a Reset Database in the Download Manager -> Settings screen. You will then need to perform a Download from Cloud from the Download Manager screen to re-download data correctly.
Please note that performing a Reset Database will remove any existing orders, so please ensure you have uploaded them first.

Hi,
It appears this is not limited to one ipad there are several.
I am not keen to delete the databases as the order history will be lost.
Thanks

Can you perform a Download From Cloud on a couple of the affected devices to ensure you have the latest data, and then let me know the number of backorder records that the device has? You can see this information in the Download Manager -> Database Information screen.
On a separate note, it is possible to upload historical order information to devices with the Account History module applied. This is especially useful in the event of a user getting a new device or resetting their database as their order history will be downloaded again if lost.

Sorry for the delay.
The device I have checked shows a back order lines count of 17699 my current file contains 16238 records

It seems on this occasion that your device is no longer in sync meaning that some backorders were not removed during the download process when they should've been. In order to rectify this you will need to perform a Reset Database followed by a Download from Cloud to re-download the correct data. Please ensure that you have uploaded all of your orders to the cloud by performing a Upload Orders to Cloud before you hit Reset Database as this will remove all orders.
As mentioned in our previous post, it is possible to upload historical order information to devices with the Account History module applied.

Ah, that makes sense now. Certain features that are available in Sales Presenter when using an iPad may not be available when using an iPhone/iPod Touch. Unfortunately historical order information is one of those features.
A full list of the differences when running on iPad or iPhone/iPod Touch devices can be found in the following topic: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=403
You have set up the historical order information correctly so it will be displayed on your iPad devices.
