While taking an order does the free stock figure reduce on SP? If taking additional orders does the free stock figure reflect the others orders taken on that iPad?

There are some options in the Config->General section of the cloud account that allow you to configure how the free stock figure is calculated. It can take into account other orders that are on the local iPad and also orders that have been uploaded to your cloud account from other iPads.
