Hi. We have a problem, which i thought had gone but is still there.
When showing a product to a customer on Sales Presenter, if the Ipad is either rotated through 180 degrees or flipped vertically, the App crashed back to the Home Screen when you attempt to navigate away fom the product screen.
This only seem to happen on Product Detail screen, not on the catalogue view level. From testing it this morning it seems to happen 100% of the time.
It's unfortunate that the main time this happens is in the middle of taking an order from a customer...

We are aware there are issues when rotating a device in Order Entry mode in Sales Presenter.
We recommend you put your device on rotation lock in your preferred orientation when using Sales Presenter, this will prevent the crash from occurring.

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention that I'd already found that solution. I'll let other users know to set rotation lock for now
