Hi
We have a user who had a registered device on our account.
They had to replace their iPad with a new device
They have downloaded Sales Presenter to their new device and entered our user name and pass code in settings.
When they try to download our data to their iPad, they get the error message "Sync Failed, unable to add device to cloud account"
I'm not sure what we're doing wrong - I'm sure these are the steps we've followed before.
We have tried inputting an incorrect pass code, and we do get an error message, so I assume we have these details right.
The device isn't showing up in registered devices, yet. I guess it won't until they do their first download.
The new device had the same name as the old one, so i've also tried renaming it, in case this was clashing with the previous registration.
The user also uses Sales Presenter for a different company, and their details give the same message.
Any idea what might be wrong?

The user's device has now been registered and licenced modules switched over.
I have advised them that they should download as soon as they have a WiFi connection. If you don't hear from me again, it means all is well....
