Support for the Blue Alligator applications
You are not logged in.
I have two questions.
1. Sometimes our account handlers take orders on the ipad but are not ready to upload them. So thay wait until its ready to upload all their orders to cloud. Is there a way of selecting orders to upload to cloud.
2. We had wipe someones ipad the other day. when we re-uploaded Sales Presenter App even though it was an existing rep etc all the order history was lost in Order History section. How do we retrieve them onto the persons ipad.
As always an asap answer would be great

Orders that you wish to stop from being uploaded to the cloud can be put on hold in Sales Presenter. The user can release held orders at any time. Both these actions can be done via the Order History screen or the Order History tab in the Customer Enquiry screen.

We are currently in contact with one of your colleagues regarding the extraction of historical order information from your back office system. Once it has been set up, the information will get uploaded to the cloud and subsequently downloaded onto devices with the Account History module applied.
