You are not logged in.
Some customers have special discount percentage on standard pricing. When an order is input in SP this discount is not currently shown. How do we show standard price and discount price on the order? How do we make sure this is a default on order entry for the relevant customers (without having to manually look up each customer discount)?

The discount values held against your customers are zero in the file that has been uploaded to the cloud account. Since this was set up by us, we are currently looking into this and will notify you when a solution has been put into place.
