Order on ipad

When I place the order on the ipad only half the order is shown, the code number and the description is ok but no quantity or price dose not show nor on the preview, plus when email to the office it is still the same.
So what is going wrong

It seems you have changed the default widths for some of your columns that you've configured to show on your order acknowledgements. By default the Description and Extended Description columns have a width of 30 each, but you have changed these to 80 and 60 respectively. These new column widths mean that there is no more room on your order acknowledgements to print any other columns. You need to change the widths of your columns back to something more reasonable in the Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud configuration in order for your other columns to appear.
