Crashing in order entry

Our Reps, one in particular, is having problems with Sales Presenter crashing when they are entering customer orders (this is not limited to one customer).  The order appears to save when this happens but they are unable to go back into the order to edit it.  Because of this they have to put on a new order (as a continuation).  They are still able to email these orders (when the crash has occured) to the Head Office and to the customer without a problem.

Thanks

Re: Crashing in order entry

Can you give us the device names on which the crash occurs?

Can you also perform an Upload Orders to Cloud from the device so that we can view them from this end?

Re: Crashing in order entry

We have so far been unable to replicate your issue. Could you supply us with more details on when the crash occurs? For example, when adding a product to the order? Using the family code buttons? Amending the order header?

After the crash, at what point does SP stop you from amending the previous order?

Are you able to copy the previously made order?
