Extended Processing Time

Hi.  Once ClodSync has uploaded our data, the processing of files normally takes 15-20 minutes.  It would appear that last night's processing ran for about 4 hours.   Is this an issue with our data, or have there been problems in the Cloud?   Thanks, Simon

We will be addressing a performance issue on the cloud during our scheduled cloud maintenance today.
