For some reason I lost the Sales Presenter App on "Josie's Ipad"- however when I reinstalled it the addition modules did not come through. I checked the cloud and we have two entries for "Josie's Ipad" - how do I delete the earlier one so I can bring through the modules we need.

When the app is re-installed, a new 'Database Number' is created meaning that the device name appears again as it registers the installation of the app as new device. I have switched the additional modules from the old device entry to the new one. You should now remove the old device entry from your cloud account.
