Due to changes in the privacy policy that Apple are placing on developers after the launch of iOS 5 last week, we are no longer able to detect that the same physical device is being used whenever Sales Presenter is removed then re-installed on a device.
Each time you do this, the iPad will appear as a new device in your devices list and the user will receive a message saying that their iPad needs to be authorised from within your cloud account before they can continue.
In this scenario, you will see two entries in the devices list for the same device. You should delete the existing entry, then set any rep restriction on the new entry as required and authorise the iPad. The user will then be able to synchronise their iPad with the cloud account.
