Family codes

Hi.

We initially set up the family codes using the "products" file.

We then used a "Product Family Codes" file to alter the filters for an alternative usage.  Now that we don't need this anymore, how can we revert back to the family codes that are present in the master products file?  There doesn't seem to be a way to delete the "Product Family Code" File that we no longer need.

Thanks

Re: Family codes

We've removed your cloud data that related to the product family code file that you're no longer using.

If you force a full download on your devices you should then be ok moving forward.

Re: Family codes

We are about to change our family codes again, for Exhibition purposes.

Would it be best just to change the family codes using the "products" file, then change them back afterwards, hence to avoid the previous problem whereby you had to manually delete the referenced family codes brought in using a separate "Product Family Codes" file?

Re: Family codes

Yes, we would recommend that you change the family codes in your "product" file and not re-introduce a "product family code" file.
