Support for the Blue Alligator applications

I have followed all the steps as far as i can tell, and the next is to Process Files, but the button is grey, and won't let me click it. What have i missed?

Yes, thanks. I hadn't run the field mappings properly. I now have one question I can't figure out:
When i go into Product catalogues in the iPad, there are two options on the left hand side which say "Unused", Are they Family codes? I would like to be able to filter the search results by Range (1st column) and Size (2nd column). How do i do this?

Yes, these are the family codes filters. There can be up to five of these but as you've set up two against your products, you can see two buttons. The title of these buttons can be set up in the configuration section of your cloud account.
The reason the family codes aren't being shown when you press the buttons though is because there is a mismatch between your uploaded Products.csv and FamilyCodes.csv files.
For example, in FamilyCodes.csv you have set up a family code of BAS with a description of BASIC. However, in Products.csv the FamilyCode1 field for some products is set to the description BASIC rather than the code BAS.
