How and where do you set up and use standard narratives for special instructions ie phone to book in. asap, split etc

You would need to upload a file against the Standard Narrative file type. Entries in this file will be selectable when entering special instructions in Sales Presenter. The template for this file can be found in the SalesPresenterCSVTemplates folder available in the Downloads section.

Have tried to upload standard narratives csv but keep getting an error message. and if you set up 5 codes can you enter all 5 on the order

You haven't got a file mapping set up for this file type yet. Go to the File Mapping section of your cloud account and enter standardnarrative.csv against the standard narrative file type. The cloud will then accept a file with that name.
Once you have set up your file mapping and uploaded the file, you will need set up the field mappings and run a Process Files on your account.
