1. Is there a way to download images from Cloud using Web Service or I have to do this from web interface??
2. Order History and Order Line History files. How to map these files (can I do this through web interface or Web Service Only) what names should they have?

You can only download images from the cloud directly into Sales Presenter. Images will be downloaded when you press the Download from Cloud option.

The Order History and Order Line History files can only be mapped in cloud accounts which have at least one Account History module applied to it. If you'd like more information on the available cloud upgrades, I can pass your information on to our sales team.
