Happy new Year. I have been trying to enter more than one barcode against one sku on certain style products. I have added the additional barcode numbers in the extended description which I added the products.csv and file mapped etc. but it still isn't working and it wont let you order the item the lines at issue so I have removed them. The lines at issue are FG9966 FG4618 FG4318 FG4526

I'm afraid I can't quite understand what you mean. Are you trying to scan the barcodes or trying to get them to appear on the order acknowledgement?

I'm trying to get them to appear on the order acknowledgement and currently we are unable to process orders against thiese products

Upon looking at the products.csv file that was uploaded containing those products, the extended description fields that contain barcodes also contain embedded carriage-return characters after each barcode. I suspect this is corrupting the rest of the product record.
Your current products.csv file still contains this for product FG4703 so I believe you'll also have a problem with this product too.

You would need to remove the embedded carriage-return characters from the field in your CSV file so that the contents of the field all appears on one line (when viewing the CSV file in Excel, for example).

we seem to be going round in circles and the format of the order confirmation has changed and no barcodes are appearing and we have lost the due date. Please can we get this resolved.

There are still some embedded carriage-return characters within fields in your CSV file (in the Description field for product FG9966 for example) which you need to remove.

The barcode column on the order acknowledgement is no longer showing because there is insufficient space for it to be printed. You will need to remove a column via the Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud configuration to make room for it.
The data you have put into the ExDescription field for product FG4703 is currently being truncated as you have applied a translation to the field in the field mappings section of your cloud account. The translation is currently set to "Add barcode checkdigit", but it needs to be blank if you wish to list more than one barcode.
