I recently introduced the Sales App to my sales team and the overall feedback has been positive, the sales process from introducing new products to a customer and taking an order has been greatly improved. The one request that has been brought to my attention, is there a way to view a history of products that have been purchased by a customer other then opening each order and remembering what you sold? One idea was as you add items to an order the product shows a green check mark in the top right hand corner of the thumbnail. Would it be possible to also show something on the thumbnail that would indicate that the customer ordered that product a one point in the past? Maybe a yellow checkmark in the left upper corner of the thumbnail? We have instances where customers will go through the catalog and ask if the ever ordered an item, there is no way of knowing instantly without going one by one through their previous orders. Other then this, job well done, with the feedback coming from users and the attention to adding the requested features this app is amazing.

Further to Macro ASF idea above, 15 months ago! that would make our life a lot easier when generating orders to be able to see items ordered from previous orders without having to go in and out of current order!!
Has this been put into place? Will it happen!!??

We spoke about a link from my customers PC to our Sales Presenter at the Spring fair, so that they can order on line, is this something you are working on or is it in place now and if so how do I work it!?

It's something that's being worked on, with a target availability in either Q2 or Q3 this year.
