We have set up a dummy account "QUOTE" so a rep can do a quotation for a prospective customer. However, agent KR cannot see this customer (have also tested same) even though it appears on the file I uploaded - CUS.CSV - please advise.

No response needed - did not make the customer no & delivery code unique - all sorted.

This is due to rep restrictions being set up on the device.
When using rep restrictions on a device a rep can only see accounts/delivery addresses that are assigned to them.
Your options are either to a) add a second dummy delivery address for account QUOTE and assign that address to the rep, or b) add a second dummy quote account (such as QUOTEKR), and assign that account to the rep.
