The following configuration setting is available on the cloud:
"Tick this box if you want the system to consider deleting exported orders from the device.

This option is only used by iPad devices that are working with historical order data from the back-office system. It has no effect on iPhone or iPod touch devices since these do not download historical order data from the cloud.

An exported order is only deleted from the device during the download process when historical order data has been uploaded from the back-office and processed on the cloud after the order has been marked on the cloud as having been downloaded to the back-office, since it is assumed that the historical order data contains that order."

This includes all order types ("Orders", "Quotes", "Invoices" etc), but currently X~Suite is set up to only upload historical order data with a type of "Order". I believe my colleague has been in contact with you regarding an imminent change to X~Suite to automate the inclusion of quotes in your historical order data that gets uploaded to the cloud.
