I have some devices that are on ccasional licences. Is it possible to view which devices have these licences on the Cloud?

You don't designate which devices have occasional use licences applied to them therefore it isn't shown on the cloud.
Your account is monitored to ensure that the number of devices that adhere to our occasional licence rules doesn't go below the number of occasional use licenses that have been applied to your account.

Yes. For example, if you had four occasional use licences there must be at least four devices that adhere to the rules. The number of devices that adhere to the rules cannot go below the number of occasional use licences that you own.
