If the Barcode column heading does not appear on the order acknowledgement when configured to do so, you probably have too many columns you are trying to print before it. Try removing some columns from the order acknowledgement in the configuration section of your cloud account.

It is not currently possible to add the rep's email address to the order acknowledgement.

Ok we have now got this working. One more question where a product/outer has more than one bar code how do we get all the barcodes to display on the order confirmation.
Thanks

Only one barcode can be assigned to a product.
If you wish to display more than one barcode for a product on the order acknowledgement, you could utilise the ExDescription field available to the Products CSV file. This field can be configured to print on the order acknowledgement via the configuration section of your cloud account.

Finally tried to upload more than one barcode but kind find ExDescription in Products CSV file. Its only for a handful of products.
Thanks

You simply need to add a new column to your Products CSV file (preferably at the end so it does not disrupt your current field mappings) for your second barcode. Once you have uploaded the updated file, you will need to go the Field Mappings section for your Products CSV file in your cloud account and map the new column to the ExDescription field.
Running Process Files is required after making any amendments to your file mappings or field mappings.
