I am trying to setup product information but for some reason anything to do with Stock QTY is not showing in sales presenter. I even marked everything to do with qty to the fields I am using but none of them are being pulled through.
can you see why this would be?

The stock quantity values in your uploaded Products CSV file are decimal values, but the quantity fields you have mapped the stock quantity column to should be integer (whole number) values. You will find the following setting in the General section of your cloud configuration:
The rounding rule to be used during the Process Files stage when a decimal value is uploaded for an integer (whole number) field (such as the stock quantity fields held against products). You should perform a Process Files after changing this rule.
In your cloud account this is currently set to "None - integer field will be set to zero". Changing this configuration setting to one of the other available options will fix your problem.
